Program Overview

The Crisis Leadership Focus is run concurrently with the fellowship and is designed to develop an expertise in the skills necessary to lead and manage during times of crises. All aspects of leadership, incident command, and organizational management are explored through didactic lectures, seminars, readings, discussion groups. and goal-related research, as well as participation in leadership and disaster preparedness activities. This combined didactic and experiential education prepares fellows to assume positions as leaders in times of crisis.
