Fellows conduct successful tabletop exercise

Congratulations to the fellows for developing and implementing a large tabletop exercise that included over 75 first responders and agencies from around Massachusetts. This is the lead-up to the full-scale exercise that will take place in June. The overwhelming response from the participants: Job well done!!
